  I called to check on their fee to do Estate Tax form 706, got transferred from one receptionist to another. None of them of course know the answer. When I asked second receptionist to transfer me to a CPA or anyone who can give me the answer ,she told me that she can't. I couldn't believe she told it to a potential customer. She was asking me the name of CPA I would like to be transferred to :-) How could I know names of their staff ? Would be helpful if they list them on Google . I asked her politely: Could you please transfer me to Any CPA, her answer was: Sorry ,I can't do that :) Make me think that she was not in her mind. That's was crazy experience. Also make me think if they can screw up with the stuff simple like this, what mistakes could be done down the road?
