    I'm now a believer ! Paying upfront was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE ...and I did not rest easy until I checked in. However it must be the way Vacation Homes has to buy the week from the current owner. Our unit at Marriott's Newport Cost Villas was outstanding !!! I will definitely use them again !

    I had a blast at the Playboy Mansion! Even though the limo was late at the Beverly Hills hotel and we had to wait before we could depart from UCLA, we still got to the party very early. Stacey was great and made sure we knew what to do to get in without any hassles. I'm very glad I went. Thanks very much!

    These reviews must be funded by the company, because if you look at Yelp it's a completely different story. The worst company I've ever rented from. Thank goodness we didn't sign the two year lease, although they took over from our original rental company mid-lease. Property supervisors are slow to get maintenance over and fix issues (windows painted shut: 4 days to fix, shower and toilet inoperable: complained on Monday, still not fixed when I moved out more than a week later on the following Tuesday). Not only did they not fix those issues, we had ongoing plumbing issues throughout the building, and they charged their tenants to have the issues resolved. Beyond their incompetence to have maintenance issues resolved, the owner or whoever responds to these reviews, seems to care more about pointing the finger and laying blame elsewhere than training his employees and conducting business in a respectable manner. Full of excuses and blame. SLUM LORDS to the highest extent. Save your money and sanity and move elsewhere. The management company you rent from really does affect the quality of life while renting there. Beware. The one star is obligatory, or else it would be ZERO.

    This company is a scam. I would not do business with this company as they people who work here have irregular business hours. They have a 24 hour cancellation fee so that by the time you want a refund they wont refund you. They wont talk to you unless you pay the upfront cost and at that point if they tell you in the consulting process that you dont need them they will keep $50.00 for a processing fee. I would talk to a notary before you speak with this scam artist.
